We do our best to ensure every jumper makes it to your door as quickly, safely and as stress free as possible for you and your spider. Shipments containing jumpers may be delayed if overnight temperatures are below 40F or daytime temperatures are above 90F. If you have any questions about shipping feel free to send us a message.

All orders are shipped out on Tuesdays. No international shipping for live animals, only enclosures. We only ship live animals to the lower 48 states. If your jumper is DOA we can replace or credit you if we are provided with a timely picture of the specimen and delivery conditions. Shipping costs are non-refundable however we will not charge you shipping to send you a replacement jumper. Our jumpers will be shipped with FedEx using Ship Your Reptiles. All other products will be shipped with USPS. In the event that your order contains too many items to safely ship in a 12″ x 12″ box we will refund your shipping costs and send you an invoice for any updated costs involving a second box. We ship all jumpers with a complimentary sling enclosure and a small spray bottle for misting. Mealworms can be shipped with jumpers but send us a message instead of using the online shop so we can avoid charging you for a USPS shipping label. Our jumpers are sold before they mate to ensure you don’t have any surprises. This is to discourage the release of spiders that may not be native to your area. In the event that we have adult males and females in stock we may be able to do a pairing for you at an additional cost if you wish to order a fertilized female. There are no guarantees that it will be successful but we have received requests for this in the past.
